What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free to all orders in the USA including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do offer shipping to Canada for an additional $15.00. See the Canadian Shipping Charges category and add Canadian Shipping Charges to your order

How do I return my product?

Defective Paddles

Returns for defective paddles will be accepted within 14 days of purchasing paddle. Purchaser is responsible for return postage. Please e-mail customer_service@pickleballpaddleworld.com to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping. Paddle should be returned to the return address on the delivery container.

Paddle does not meet your expectations

Upon receipt of your order that you are not happy with, please contact customer@pickleballpaddleworld.com immediately. Items must be returned within 7 days of order receipt and in new - unused condition. Purchaser is responsible for return postage. Please note: any signs of use will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

Items purchased that are being returned for a refund will only receive a refund for the amount of the purchase price, less our actual cost to ship item. Purchaser is responsible for return postage.

Design your Own, or Paddles with Initials or Personalization are not eligible for returns.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please e-mail customer_service@pickleballpaddleworld.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please include a phone number where you can be contacted.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
