How do I return an item?


Returns for defective paddles

Returns for defective paddles will be accepted within 14 days of purchasing paddle. Purchaser is responsible for return postage. Please e-mail customer_service@pickleballpaddleworld.com to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping. Paddle should be returned to the address on the delivery container.


Paddle does not meet your expectations

Upon receipt of your order that you are not happy with, please contact customer@pickleballpaddleworld.com immediately. Items must be returned within 7 days of order receipt and in new - unused condition. Purchaser is responsible for return postage. Please note: any signs of use will not be eligible for a credit or refund.


Items purchased that are being returned for a refund will only receive a refund for the amount of the purchase price, less our actual cost to ship item. Purchaser is responsible for return postage.


Design your Own, or Paddles with Initials or Personalization are not eligible for returns.
